Unfortunately, we did not get much snow from the last system that came through last Saturday and Sunday - we only received about an inch. The sun's power grows by the day. Put that together with temps in the 30s; we have had extensive melting. There are sections in the woods that are still good. But it is just about impossible to get to these good sections without riding over crap that will make you grit your teeth. If you attempt to ride; plan on destroying your carbides and hyfax.
I will not say that the fat lady has sung, but she is pretty far into her warm-ups. With each passing day of the melting sun/temps, we need just that much more to bring the trails back to a decent level. _________________ ______________________________________________________________________________
